SLA’S (Service Level Agreements and Contracts)

Fusion Software offers a variety of Service Level Agreements in order to accommodate our diverse range of clientele. The main principles of our service level agreements are to ensure effective support, training and development of already implemented systems. This ensures that our software product grows and evolves continuously with your business and therefore should not have a shelf life.

In addition we preach to our clients that there is no point in putting in a software solution that runs all or parts of your business and takes time to implement if you are not going to support and maintain it. All business evolve over time and therefore we see this SLA service offering vitally important to ensure long term success of you software product. - we ensure constant training, support and development to your software solutions.

How does it work? – Fusion Software will put together the right SLA to suit your business based on the type of software that has been purchased and implemented, understanding that this might only be 1 hour a month or twenty hours per month. The point of the exercise is we don’t have to quote you for every hour of training or customization you require, we know that we have a curtain amount of time to allocate to your project on a monthly basis.

CONTRACT DEVELOPMENT

How does it work?

In a nut shell after the contract has been negotiated and signed – our staff are place either on site or work remotely from our premise, in addition for the entire period of the contract our staff are managed by one of our skilled project managers. Billing - most cases we bill either per month or per hour and at the end of each month time sheets are pulled from our time sheet system and our billing is generated from that.

ANNUAL LICENSE FEES

A majority of Fusion Software’s products come packaged with an annual license fee – this fee is generally a percentage of the software costs, please note that the annual license fees are not calculated on any custom developed that is done, as in most cases the custom development components might be valued higher from a financial point of view than the actual software and modular costs. As part of your contract with Fusion Software annual license fees are due either in August / September of every year or on the anniversary date of the purchase of the initial software product.

What are they for?

Our annual license fees cover the following services and support:

• All telephonic support
• All remote support
• Software assurance – you will be entitled to one free upgrade per year providing modules are available.
• Annual upgrade as and when available

HOSTED SOLUTIONS

Fusion Software’s Hosted Solution has been designed to for two purposes:

Firstly as an example Hosted Solutions can be setup and configured to run business with multiple branches throughout the country as well as outside of the South Africa Borders. The general concept is to ensure that communication can be maintained between branches by doing this we maintain data integrity as well as live data feeds by making use of once centralized database.

In addition to the above the same solution can be used to run external sales staff again ensuring the above mentioned data integrity as well as one centralized database meaning live data feed etc..

In addition to the above business solution Fusion Software offer a totally unique hosted product range;

Fusion LITE comprises of all of our core solution offerings and has been developed to run as a hosted solution. The application front end is still installed on your desktop but the database technology runs off an online hosted server meaning that your application data can be accessed from anywhere.
In addition companies or smaller enterprises have the ability to give users the ability to grant / give access to staff members and or client’s access to components of their application from different locations.

Lastly and most importantly the Fusion LITE product range can packaged and sold as a rented solution which naturally comes with some of the following benefits:
